Project overview:

The work site is located within the premises of Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, Doha Qatar where are responsible for replacement of complete Jacuzzi facilities adjacent to the existing swimming pool, complete with civil/structure, MEP works.

Work Description

Design and Build of a New Jacuzzi Facility, Redo of Tiling for Existing Swimming Pool and Kids Pool, complete with associated MEP works. The scope of works includes:

Replacement of existing Jacuzzi facilities.
Complete design of Jacuzzi facilities.
Civil works (such as blinding, screed, concrete, steel, water proofing).
Finishing works (including tile finish, tile grout, tile adhesive, etc.)
MEP works (including piping, electrical, surrounding works, pump room equipment’s, hydro massage system, air massage system, lighting system, etc.)
Glass Mosaic Tiling and fitting works for swimming pool and kid’s pool.
Testing and commissioning of the above system.
Landscaping works.
Fencing works.
