Project Overview:

Banana Island is an uninhabited offshore island situated approximately 3kms from the new Doha international airport. This island will require leveling in preparation for the construction of the proposed resort. The resort is based on a totally self-sufficient luxury resort concept and comprises of the construction of a 117 keys resort with associated services with a total build-up area of approximately 44,500m²
