Work Description
The works comprises of complete with Civil works (such as excavation, blinding, block works, steel, shotcrete works), waterproofing works, finishes (SRC cement sand mortar, glass mosaic tiles, natural coping stone), MEP Works (incl. piping, electrical accessories, MEP equipment’s, control panel, heat cool pump, SS handrails), Pool HDPE Shades.
